A decade of inner work, improving myself, facing my fears, and committing to personal growth, has led me to live my authentic and powerful version
Today, my life is dedicated to practicing what I preach. And the results show in the way I live every single day.
I live on a sailing boat, exploring beautiful corners of the world. I've been happily married for 10 years, and my husband Oskar and I don't celebrate our anniversary because almost every day feels like a celebration. I practice playfulness and joy with our 5-year-old daughter, Yazna. And I continue to build a strong, healthy body because I know it plays a crucial role in creating a life of abundance.
None of this happened by chance.
It all began when I stopped seeing spirituality and practicality as two separate worlds and started combining them.
